Since 1938, Goodwill Industries has been providing vocational evaluation, job readiness training, job placement and support to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment in the ten counties of northeast Indiana.
Goodwill’s service delivery is designed to understand employers’ needs
while matching those needs to the skills and abilities of our clients. While in Goodwill’s program, clients acquire the necessary skills to increase their marketability, advance in their positions and have the ability to make new choices or seek a new career.
We serve adults with disabilities and barriers to employment who are referred by Indiana Family & Social Services Administration Vocational Rehabilitation Services and Social Security Ticket to Work program. We do not place clients in sheltered workshops or pay sub minimum wage.
Goodwill’s Employment Services are free to both the client and the employer.
