The Supported Employment Program assists people who require supports on and/or off the job until they are successful in the workplace.

- On and offsite job coaching and support.
- Employer support and education.
- Self-advocacy.

Extended Follow Along Services.
The Extended Follow Along Program assists people with the most significant disabilities with long term supports on and off the job for as long as they need us.
- Basic workplace skills training / pre-employment counseling.

- Acclimate successfully to the job.
- Identifying and developing natural supports.
- Manage work related issues and needs.
- On and offsite job coaching and support.
- Employer support and education.
- Self-advocacy.

The level of support is continually evaluated and adjusted based upon the individual needs of the client. The goal is for the client to become a successful, independent member of the employer’s business.
